Theresa

Theresa is a sweet four-year-old girl living in Chandale village in the Kawambwa district in Zambia. Currently in preschool, she is enjoying language arts class and playing with toys. Theresa’s dream is to finish school and become a nurse.

Theresa’s father passed away before she was born. She lives with her mother in a small, three-room, grass-thatched house. As a single parent, Theresa’s mother finds it challenging to cover their monthly expenses, especially school fees. Being part of the sponsorship program would be a great relief to Theresa’s mother, helping ease her financial burden. It would also ensure Theresa has everything she needs to remain in school and achieve her full potential.

Sponsorship enables children to attend class every day and have the supplies they need to complete their education, grow up healthy, and achieve their dreams.
