The Temporary Finance Clerk is a position within the Finance Department, directly reporting to the Comptroller at Chalice (Canada), and is primarily responsible for
processing donations in a highly computerized environment as well as for communicating with donors, verbally and in writing, and contributes to the faith and prayer-filled environment at Chalice while upholding Chalice’s Catholic values and mission.
Finance Clerk
Job Location: Bedford, Nova Scotia
Reports to: Comptroller
The Finance Representative (FR) is a position within the Finance Department, directly reporting to the Comptroller.
The FR processes donations received from various sources, as well as maintaining and updating donor and sponsor accounts, in order to enhance and continue Chalice’s outstanding reputation regarding its financial practices. The FR also professionally communicates with donors and sponsors to resolve issues and works in and contributes to the faith and prayer-filled environment at Chalice while holding values that align with the Catholic values of Chalice.
