Rose is an 80-year-old woman from Boi Market, Kenya. A soft-spoken and kind individual, she finds great joy in farming and spending time outdoors near the large indigenous tree at her home. In her free time, she enjoys visiting her best friend, Theresa, and sharing her wisdom with those around her.
She lives in a home made of dirt with a sheet metal roof. Although she lives alone, her grandchildren frequently visit to help with household chores. Rose loves telling them stories and teaching them the importance of learning how to cook, passing down traditions to the next generation.
