James is a 40-year-old man from Kiruini, Kenya. Despite living with physical disabilities and congenital deformities, he remains hopeful and dedicated to his community and family. He manages a small-scale business to provide for his household and finds peace in keeping his surroundings tidy by sweeping the local compound.
He lives with his wife in a two-roomed brick house with a metal sheet roof. Although he faces significant challenges due to weakness in his lower limbs, James is deeply grateful for the support he receives and works hard every day to maintain his independence and support his loved ones.
