Paul

Paul is a 78-year-old father of five adult children. Living in dirt home with a thatched roof in Narumoru, Kenya, Paul has been alone since his wife left 10 years prior. Paul was a farmer most of his life and currently plants potatoes in small scale due to his health.

Paul has respiratory issues, and while his children try to help when they can, they are unable to support him financially as they have their own families and are struggling themselves. Paul is in need of regular food and other basic essentials. Sponsoring Paul would allow him to improve his nutrition and health, while helping him with his essential daily needs.

Sponsorship enables elders to eat well, access healthcare and medication, and connect socially with a community that fosters a sense of belonging.
