Nestelia

Nestelia is a hardworking seven-year-old girl living in Luhombero, Tanzania. She is dedicated to her education and carries a special love for science class. At home, she is highly responsible and regularly enjoys helping her family with various household chores. Nestelia works hard in school because she deeply dreams of becoming a doctor when she grows up.

She shares a brick home with a thatched roof alongside her parents and sister. Her parents work in small-scale agriculture, relying on basic, manual tools to cultivate their land. Because their farming is limited by these simple production methods, covering daily family needs is an ongoing struggle, and they frequently face the difficult reality of being unable to afford school costs for their children. A steady sponsorship will completely alter their situation by lifting this economic strain, ensuring Nestelia gets the food, supplies, and support she needs to stay in the classroom.
