Milana

Milana is a creative 4-year-old girl living in Shumsk, Ukraine. A member of a Christian, Ukrainian-speaking family, she absolutely loves going to class, enjoys dancing and singing, and loves listening to fairy tales. She has a wonderful imagination and enjoys making up her own stories, dreaming of one day becoming a princess when she grows up!

She lives in an old adobe house with a tile roof alongside her parents, her brother, and her sister. The family shares just two rooms of the house, which is in need of major repairs. Milana’s mother faces poor health and is unable to work, while her father earns a very low salary, making it a constant struggle to provide for their large, loving family.

Sponsorship enables children to attend class every day and have the supplies they need to complete their education, grow up healthy, and achieve their dreams.
