Sofiya

Sofiya is a bright 4-year-old girl living in Kopychyntsi, Ukraine. A member of a Christian, Ukrainian-speaking family, she absolutely loves going to class, enjoys drawing and modeling with clay, and loves listening to fairy tales. When she grows up, Sofiya has a beautiful, imaginative dream of becoming a fairy!

She lives in a rented brick house with a tile roof alongside her parents and her sister. Her family originally lived in an occupied territory where their original home was severely damaged, forcing them to displace and relocate to Western Ukraine. Despite the challenges of moving, her father, Petro, is deeply committed to keeping the family stable and safe in their new community.

Sponsorship enables children to attend class every day and have the supplies they need to complete their education, grow up healthy, and achieve their dreams.
