Losemica

Losemica is a focused and responsible 13-year-old girl living in Grand’Anse, Haiti. She is currently in grade 6, where experimental science is her favorite subject. Losemica is a dedicated student who consistently earns good marks, enjoys playing basketball, and takes pride in keeping her home clean and tidy. Passionate about caring for others, she works hard in school and dreams of becoming a nurse when she grows up.

She lives with her two aunts and cousin in a brick home with a metal sheet roof. One of her aunts works as a teacher. Managing a extended household on a modest income presents an ongoing financial struggle to cover daily expenses and educational supplies.
