Franco

Franco is a very friendly and outgoing 5-year-old boy living in Villeta, Paraguay. While he just in preschool, little Franco has his heart set on becoming a police officer so he can help his community. Franco is also a huge animal lover and enjoys taking care of his three kittens. When Franco is not singing or dancing, you’ll find him drawing.

Franco lives with his mother and two brothers in his grandmother’s house — a brick home with a sheet-metal roof. His mother has been a single parent since Franco’s father left shortly after he was born. Franco’s mother works as a cleaner, which does not bring in sufficient income to sustain the family. And although his father sometimes helps financially, it is not consistent. Stable sponsorship will help Franco’s mother ensure he receives the care he needs to be healthy and successful as he progresses through school.

Sponsorship enables children to attend class every day and have the supplies they need to complete their education, grow up healthy, and achieve their dreams.
