Brigette

Brigette is a very dedicated nine-year-old from Manila, Philippines. She is currently in Grade 2 and looks forward to attending classes every day. Brigette is always very eager to learn new things and works hard to achieve good grades because she wants to go to college so she can become a doctor and make her parents proud. When Brigette is not studying, she likes to play hide-and-seek with her five best friends, Angge, Paulyn, Frozen, Paulo, and Hanzel. She is also a big fan of her mother’s coooking.

Brigette lives with her mother, step-father, two brothers, and sister. Her stepfather is a truck driver and her mother stays home with the children. The income the family earns is not enough to sustain the family’s basic needs. For Brigette, sponsorship would greatly help this struggling family and ensure she can continue in school where she will gain a foundational educational that will allow her to attend post-secondary school and eventually achieve her goal of becoming a doctor.

Sponsorship enables children to attend class every day and have the supplies they need to complete their education, grow up healthy, and achieve their dreams.
