Ann

Ann is a very faith-filled woman living in Toll-Station village, a small community near Nanyuki, Kenya. She is 71 years old and enjoys walking, praying the rosary, and singing. She also loves deep-fried cassava, and says she can eat it all day. She is a very talkative person and loves people.

Ann left an abusive homelife and relocated to Toll-Station where the church rented her a home and helped her start a small business selling tomatoes, onions, and carrots. She lives alone but is a committed member of Catholic Action, where she attends fellowship and prays with other members. Being part of the elder sponsorship program would be a wonderful opportunity for Ann. It would ensure she receives the essential nutrition and medical care she needs to continue her love of spending time with other people, especially in the church.
