Risper

Risper is a very curious six-year-old. She lives in Kangeta, Kenya where she attends preschool. She loves health class and colouring, and always joins in school activities. Risper wants to study hard to excel and get good grades because she already knows she wants to become a teacher when she finishes her studies. When she’s not in class, Risper likes to play hide-and-seek with her friends and really enjoys praying with her grandmother.

Risper lives with her grandmother as her mother left to find work in Nairobi. Her grandmother does her best to support this sweet little girl, but she is not able to cover all of their expenses, often relying on the kindness of others for basic necessities. Being part of the sponsorship program would be a blessing for Risper and her grandmother, helping to ease some of their financial burden. This opportunity would ensure she can continues her studies to gain the foundational education she needs to reach her full potential and become a successful teacher one day.
