Abigael

Abigael is a bright and ambitious 9-year-old girl living in Kithima, Kenya. She is a fourth-grade student at Munanda Primary School, where she absolutely loves going to class, excels in mathematics, and gives a special shout-out to her favorite math teacher, Madam Susan. Abigael is a hopeful and focused student who dreams of becoming a doctor one day so she can help sick people in her community. In her free time, she loves drawing and playing hide-and-seek with her best friend, Risper.

Abigael lives in a wood-framed home with a metal sheet roof alongside her caring grandmother, Florence, who works hard doing casual jobs to support them. Despite the financial burdens on their household and the daily hurdles to stay in class, Abigael loves her school’s bright classrooms and remains deeply determined to study hard, stay in school, and achieve her medical dreams.
