Munira

Munira is a bright and dedicated 10-year-old girl living in Mawamba, Kenya. She is a well-behaved and obedient sixth-grade student at Kireme Comprehensive School, where she performs wonderfully in her studies. Munira has a deep love for reading and telling stories, excels in her language arts, English, and mathematics classes, and works hard every day because she dreams of becoming a teacher. In her free time, she loves playing football with her friends and attending church every Sunday.

She lives with her family in a home constructed of dirt with a metal sheet roof. While her family works hard to care for one another, they face financial hardships and lack a reliable source of income to consistently cover their primary everyday needs. Despite these challenges, Munira remains incredibly positive, determined, and deeply grateful for the opportunity to learn and complete her education.

Sponsorship enables children to attend class every day and have the supplies they need to complete their education, grow up healthy, and achieve their dreams.
