Yulian

Yulian is an active, energetic, and intelligent 8-year-old boy living in Lviv Oblast, Ukraine. He is currently in grade 1, where physical education is his favorite subject. Yulian is an involved young student who belongs to the Plast scouting movement alongside his older brothers, loves drawing, cutting out shapes, spending time outdoors, and playing soccer with his friends. Driven by a desire to serve and protect, he dreams of becoming an army officer or professional football player when he grows up.

He lives in a stone home with a metal sheet roof surrounded by a large, supportive family that includes his parents, four brothers, and grandparents. Yulian does his part at home by helping his mother entertain his youngest brother. Supporting a large multi-generational household during challenging economic times makes providing for everyday living needs and school supplies a continuous financial struggle.

Sponsorship enables children to attend class every day and have the supplies they need to complete their education, grow up healthy, and achieve their dreams.
