Vamsi

Vamsi Krishna is an enthusiastic and hardworking 7-year-old boy living in a rural, mountainous tribal community in Morkondaputti, India. He is currently in grade 1, where he shows a remarkable passion for learning and especially enjoys his Telugu literature classes. In his free time, Vamsi loves playing cricket and playing around the village with his brother. He dreams of becoming a police officer one day so he can serve his community.

He lives with his parents and brother in a dirt home with a tile roof. Coming from an isolated tribal area with limited employment opportunities, Vamsi’s parents work tirelessly, but securing a stable income to cover basic needs and school expenses remains a daily struggle. Sponsoring Vamsi helps ease his family’s financial burden and ensures he has the educational resources needed to stay in school and reach his full potential.
