Born with a physical disability in her leg, Susan faces severe obstacles in her daily labor, relying heavily on rain-fed farming where she must balance working the land with one hand while supporting herself with the other. As a single mother and grandmother who handles her daily needs independently, securing consistent food and managing the costs of her grandchildren’s education presents a constant financial struggle.
