Sofiia

Sofiia is a creative and playful 3-year-old girl living in Zhovkva, Ukraine. She loves drawing, coloring, and playing with her dolls, especially styling their hair and dressing them up. She also enjoys spending time and playing with her older sister. Sofiia is a bright young child who already dreams of becoming a teacher when she grows up.

She lives with her parents, brother, and sister in a wooden home with a metal sheet roof. Born during a time of war, Sofiia’s family faces ongoing hardships. Her mother is currently on maternity leave, while her father, a combat veteran who defended Ukraine, works occasional part-time jobs. With limited and irregular household income, providing for three children and managing essential costs is a continuous struggle.
