Nikoletta

Nikoletta is a bright and artistic 10-year-old girl living in Kosiv Town, Ukraine. Currently a fifth-grade student, she especially loves physical education and Christian ethics classes. She is very creative and enjoys making crafts; recently, a Motanka doll she created was selected for an art exhibition. In her free time, she likes playing sports games and reading Bible parables with her teacher and classmates. When she grows up, she dreams of becoming a police officer, and she particularly loves the spring season because of the blooming flowers.

Nikoletta lives with her parents, two sisters, and a brother in a mountain village. Their home is a two-room house that lacks modern amenities, and because one room requires renovation, the entire family currently lives together in a single room. They rely on firewood that they harvest themselves to heat their home. With her mother dedicated to caring for her young three-year-old brother and receiving only minimal government assistance, and her father relying on unstable, meager earnings, the family faces significant financial hardship. The rising cost of basic daily needs due to the ongoing war has made sponsorship a significant and much-needed support for their family.

Sponsorship enables children to attend class every day and have the supplies they need to complete their education, grow up healthy, and achieve their dreams.
