John

John is a motivated 8-year-old boy living in Navarre, Haiti. Currently, in Grade 3, John’s favourite subject is math because he loves solving math problems! When he’s not in school, John plays soccer with his friends. He always works hard at his studies because he dreams of becoming a teacher when he’s finished school.

John, his sister, and parents live in a brick home with a sheet-metal roof, but the small home is in serious disrepair and leaks whenever it rains. A steady sponsorship will provide tremendous relief for the family to ensure John receives the essential tools to stay in school and eventually achieve his dream of becoming a teacher.
