Hilary

Meet Hilary. He is seven years old and lives in Mpepai, Tanzania where he attends kindergarten. He loves math class and really enjoys playing games with his friends and drawing in his free time. When Hilary grows up he has a big dream of becoming a journalist, so he is working hard at his studies.

Hilary lives with his parents, brother, and four sisters. His parents are both small-scale farmers, which has made it difficult for them to support their large family and cover all of the children’s school fees on the minimal income farming brings them. For this struggling family, the sponsorship program would provide Hilary with a wonderful opportunity and would help relieve the family’s financial strain. It would also ensure Hilary has everything he needs to be successful and eventually achieve his goal of becoming a journalist.

Sponsorship enables children to attend class every day and have the supplies they need to complete their education, grow up healthy, and achieve their dreams.
