Garry

Garry Jr. is a cheerful and responsible 11-year-old boy living in Tondo, the Philippines. He loves school, with history being his absolute favorite class, and in his free time, he enjoys playing with his friends. Garry is highly dedicated to his studies and holds a big dream of becoming a soldier when he grows up!

He lives in a small cement home with a metal sheet roof and cement flooring alongside his parents, his two brothers, and his sister. Garry’s father is the sole provider for the household, but he is only able to find occasional work, earning just enough to get by each day. Because all of the siblings are currently attending school, the family faces a significant financial burden, making it incredibly difficult to balance daily living expenses with education costs. To help ease this strain, Garry currently participates in a local feeding program to supplement his nutrition.

Sponsorship enables children to attend class every day and have the supplies they need to complete their education, grow up healthy, and achieve their dreams.
