Daniela

Daniela is a very caring seven-year-old girl living in a remote area called Caserío Las Colinas, outside Chimaltenango, Guatemala. Unfortunately, Daniela is not currently enrolled in school or in any educational program because her family lives too far from the preschool, and both parents work very hard to support Daniela and her four siblings. They are a loving family with strong values, and both parents strive to be good examples to all their children.

Daniela would love to go to school and meet new friends, and she hopes that will be a possibility someday soon. In the meantime, Daniela likes playing with her dolls and is spending her time doing what she loves best — playing with animals, particularly the family’s small chickens. She dreams of becoming a veterinarian so she can continue her love of animals by helping those that are sick or need of care.

Being part of the sponsorship program would be a life-changing opportunity for Daniela that would allow her to attend school and gain the foundational education she will need to be successful, and eventually achieve her big dream of becoming a veterinarian.

Sponsorship enables children to attend class every day and have the supplies they need to complete their education, grow up healthy, and achieve their dreams.
