Ashly

Ashly is a bright 9-year-old girl living in Puente Alto, Chile. Currently in the third grade, she is a dedicated student who loves mathematics class and physical education. In her free time, she enjoys coloring, playing volleyball, and jumping rope with her friends, and she dreams of becoming a businesswoman when she grows up so she can support her family.

She lives with her single mother in a home made of wood with a metal sheet roof. As a single-income household, the family experiences financial pressure when trying to balance everyday living expenses with the costs of a growing child’s education. Covering essential daily needs alongside school supplies and clothing presents a continuous hurdle for her mother.
