Areliaus

Areliaus is 11 years old and lives in Wa Town, Ghana. This young boy has learning disabilities and currently attends St. Don Bosco School, a school that works with children with various disabilities. Despite his challenges, Areliaus is determined to continue learning so he can better his life. When he’s not in school, Areliaus loves taking care of animals and playing soccer. His dream is to become a professional artist after finishing his studies.

Areliaus lives with his parents and two brothers in a small home. His parents work hard to support the family but because of Areliaus’s disability, they are not able to afford the specialized schooling he requires. Being part of the sponsorship program would be a huge blessing for Areliaus and his parents. It would not only bring some financial relief to the family, but it would also ensure that Areliaus receives the proper education that will afford him an opportunity to achieve his goals.

Sponsorship helps children with disabilities access and take part in educational programs with specialized teachers, accessible and inclusive spaces, and the right support to reach their full potential.
