Ananya

Ananya is an enthusiastic 10-year-old girl living in Mapusa, India. Currently in the third grade, she loves mathematics class, dancing, and playing hockey and badminton. She is a fast learner who loves picking up new dance steps quickly and easily. With a deep desire to make her family proud, Ananya dreams of becoming a teacher when she grows up.

She lives with her mother, elder brother, and grandmother in a brick home with a tile roof. Her mother works hard to support the family as a municipal sweeper, managing the household as a single parent. Covering regular school fees and basic materials for multiple growing children presents a continuous challenge, making steady support crucial to keeping Ananya thriving in her studies.
