Adrián is a 9-year-old boy from Chiclayo, Peru. He is in grade 4 and especially enjoys literature and mathematics classes. Adrián is a motivated student who likes learning and doing his best in school. He loves playing soccer and is happiest when he is on the field with his team, celebrating goals with his friends. When he grows up, he hopes to become a doctor so he can help others. Adrián lives with his parents in an adobe house with a calamine roof. His mother sells chicken soup from home, and his father works as a plumber and painter. They live in a community with limited access to basic services, but Adrián remains hopeful and focused on his education. He is a cheerful and determined boy with big dreams and a strong desire to build a better future.
