At our Tondo site a wave of hope arrived when they used funding through food for a family to help 889 sponsored families purchase a good quality sack of rice. No one was left behind as every family received this essential gift.
“Our hearts go out to the parents who work so hard to put meals on the table,” said site staff. “We saw how sponsored families struggled as prices for basic food items climbed. A child cannot focus on books or dreams when their stomach is empty. This mission became a priority to protect the well-being of our local homes.”
