Shufayna

Shufayna is a 5-year-old girl living in Luhombero, Tanzania. She finds great joy in singing and dreams of becoming a teacher when she grows up. She is eagerly looking forward to starting school, where she is excited to learn new things and expand her horizons.

She lives with her parents and her brother in a home made of adobe with a thatched roof. Her parents are hardworking farmers, but they struggle to produce enough to meet the needs of their children. Shufayna is a bright and hopeful young girl whose enthusiasm for her future and her education reflects her resilient spirit.

Sponsorship enables children to attend class every day and have the supplies they need to complete their education, grow up healthy, and achieve their dreams.
