Mechaela lives in a cement house with a sheet metal roof in Laoang, the Philippines. She lives with her grandparents. She doesn’t see her mother often and her father is not present. She is currently in grade three and her favoutie subject is math. When she grows up, she wants to become a police officer! Mechaela enjoys playing games and dancing. She is grateful for her grandmother who is always there for her when she is lonely and needs someone to talk to.
