Rebecca

Rebecca lives with her parents, three brothers, and three sisters in a cement and sheet metal house in Manila, Philippines. She is currently in kindergarten and absolutely loves to create art. This sixth of seven children loves to dance, sing, and play hide and seek. Her parents work together – her father fishes and her mother sells what he catches. Rebecca’s parents have been unable to support their five oldest children through school, but are hoping that Rebecca will be able to make it through to grade twelve. This happy young girls wants to be a police officer one day so that she can support her family and help her community. Sponsorship enables children to attend class every day and have the supplies they need to complete their education, grow up healthy, and achieve their dreams.
