Nika

Nika lives in a plywood house with a sheet metal roof in Samar, the Philippines. She lives with her parents, four brothers, and two sisters. She is currently in grade nine and her favourite subject is language arts. When she grows up, she wants to become a nurse! Nika comes from a big family and she wants to finish her studies so that she can help her family have a better future. She enjoys reading, writing, and playing basketball. She likes studying with her friends. Sponsorship enables children to attend class every day and have the supplies they need to complete their education, grow up healthy, and achieve their dreams.
