Matvii

Matvii is a gentle, kind, and active 2-year-old boy living in a small village in Lviv Oblast, Ukraine. He is a cheerful child who loves going to the park, playing hide-and-seek, and going for walks with his older sister, Anhelina. Matvii grows up in a loving and close family that cares deeply for one another.

He lives with his parents and sister in a stone home with an asbestos roof. Navigating daily life during ongoing conflict presents significant economic challenges for his family, making it difficult to cover essential household needs and prepare for Matvii’s future development and education on a limited income.

Sponsorship enables parents and caregivers to give their toddlers safe and happy years before starting school through improved nutrition, timely healthcare, and strong community support.
