Maria

Maria lives in a brick house with a cement roof in Lviv, Ukraine. She lives with her mother and sister. Her father left them when she was a baby. She is currently in grade seven and her favourite subject is science. Maria enjoys drawing pictures during her free time. She loves staying active by playing sports. She gets sick often and has to miss school. Her mother is a single parent and she cannot afford basic needs for her family. Sponsorship enables children to attend class every day and have the supplies they need to complete their education, grow up healthy, and achieve their dreams.
