Manuyil is a 7-year-old boy from Roztoky Village, Ukraine. He is in grade 1 and especially enjoys art class. Manuyil loves drawing and is a curious, thoughtful child who enjoys asking questions about the world around him.
He also enjoys helping his father in the garden and dreams of becoming a construction engineer when he grows up.
Manuyil lives with his parents and two brothers in an adobe house with a tile roof. The family is currently facing very difficult circumstances, as their home recently suffered significant fire damage that destroyed the roof and damaged several rooms. Because of this, they are now living in their aunt’s house while trying to rebuild their lives.
Despite the ongoing challenges of war in Ukraine, high living costs, and serious health issues within the extended family, Manuyil remains a hopeful and kind child. His family continues to hold onto faith and prays for support, safety, and a better future.
