Maaruf

Maaruf is a hardworking 18-year-old young man living in Wa, Ghana. He is currently in the 8th grade and is an enthusiastic student who loves his mathematics class. In his free time, Maaruf has a deep passion for gardening; he loves spending his time weeding and tending to the plants in his school’s community garden. Guided by his love for hands-on work, he holds a clear goal for his future and wants to become a carpenter!

Maaruf currently lives at a boarding school, and his family home is with his parents. Managing the costs of a boarding school education alongside regular daily needs places a heavy financial strain on his parents, making it difficult for the family to consistently cover both basic living expenses and tuition.

Sponsorship enables children and youth to attend class every day and have the supplies they need to complete their education, grow up healthy, and achieve their dreams.
