Krystal Jade lives with her brother, sister, and parents in a cement and sheet metal house in Tondo, Philippines. This thirteen year old is currently in grade seven and mathematics is her favourite subject. Krystal Jade, the oldest of her sibling, likes to write and play badminton; her dream is to study to become a doctor some day. Her father works in construction and her mother sells vegetables, their income does not always cover their family needs. Sponsorship enables children to attend class every day and have the supplies they need to complete their education, grow up healthy, and achieve their dreams.
