Josías

Josías is a 4-year-old boy from Illimo, Peru. He is in kindergarten and loves art class, especially painting. Josías is an active and playful child who enjoys running and playing hide-and-seek with his friends. He loves eating grapes and his favourite meal is lentils with fish. Josías dreams of becoming a firefighter when he grows up so he can help others. He lives with his parents and his three siblings, including his twin brother, in a small home in a rural village. His father works in the fields planting and harvesting crops, while his mother cares for the children and raises small animals to help provide for the family. The community is remote, with limited access to schools and medical care. Josías is a joyful young boy whose family is grateful for the support that helps him grow, learn, and dream about his future. Sponsorship enables children to attend class every day and have the supplies they need to complete their education, grow up healthy, and achieve their dreams.
