John

John is a 15-year-old boy from Laoang, Philippines. He is in grade 9 and especially enjoys language arts classes. John loves playing basketball and spending time with his friends. When he grows up, he hopes to become an engineer. He is humble, respectful, and dedicated to his studies, always striving to do his best in school. John lives with his parents, five brothers, and three sisters in a plywood home with a sheet metal roof. He is a hardworking and determined young man who dreams of building a better future for himself and his family. Sponsorship enables children to attend class every day and have the supplies they need to complete their education, grow up healthy, and achieve their dreams.
