Jane

Jane is a 77-year-old woman who lives in Wangrot, Kenya. She enjoys singing and gardening, and loves to read and listen to Scripture, which brings peace and comfort to her soul. Jane is known for her kind and caring nature. She loves children and often shares gentle advice and encouragement with those around her. Jane lives in a simple home made of dirt with a thatched roof. She is unwell and requires ongoing care due to chronic illness, but she continues to face each day with faith and warmth toward others. Sponsorship enables elders to eat well, access healthcare and medication, and connect socially with a community that fosters a sense of belonging.
