Jairo

Jairo is a 6-year-old boy from Chiclayo, Peru. He is beginning primary school and enjoys both literature and mathematics classes. Jairo loves playing with his toy cars and swimming in the river. He is an affectionate child who enjoys hugging his loved ones and showing care to his mother and sister. When he grows up, Jairo hopes to become a bricklayer. He lives with his mother and sister in an adobe house with a calamine roof in a community without basic services such as electricity, water, and sewage. Sponsorship enables children to attend class every day and have the supplies they need to complete their education, grow up healthy, and achieve their dreams.
