Elvis lives in a thatched house in Wa, Ghana, with his parents and three sisters. This twelve year old is a very serious student and is currently in grade three – mathematics is his favourite subject. He would like to become a police officer when he grows up and maintain peace in his community. Elvis’ father cannot work, and his mother works as a low wage farmer, her income is not enough to cover all of their basic and school needs. Sponsorship enables children to attend class every day and have the supplies they need to complete their education, grow up healthy, and achieve their dreams.
