Dominic

Dominic is a thoughtful and energetic 7-year-old boy living in Kongosi, Kenya. He is an enthusiastic student who loves his language arts class, and in his free time, he enjoys dancing. Dominic has a deeply caring heart and loves to help fetch water for his mother, especially during the difficult dry spell seasons; it makes him feel wonderful to know his mother can take a well-deserved break from this heavy chore. Looking toward the future, he dreams of taking to the skies and becoming a pilot when he grows up!

He lives with his mother, his brother, and his two sisters in a mud-walled home with a metal sheet roof. Raising four children on a single parent’s limited resources presents significant daily challenges. In their community, balancing basic survival needs with the ongoing costs of school fees, uniforms, and supplies places a heavy financial burden on his mother, making it difficult to keep all the children steadily in school.

Sponsorship enables children to attend class every day and have the supplies they need to complete their education, grow up healthy, and achieve their dreams.
