Dean

Dean is an obedient and enthusiastic 14-year-old boy living in Bulacan, Philippines. He is currently in grade 6, where mathematics is his favorite subject. Dean is the youngest of six siblings and a helpful child who enjoys drawing, gardening, playing basketball, and working alongside his family on the farm. Eager to go to school every day and inspired to serve his country, he works hard in his studies and dreams of becoming a soldier when he grows up.

He lives with his parents, two brothers, and three sisters in a cement home with a metal sheet roof located on the farm. His father works as a farmer, while his mother manages the household. Supporting a large family of eight on modest agricultural earnings makes covering daily living expenses and ongoing educational supplies a continuous financial challenge.

Sponsorship enables children to attend class every day and have the supplies they need to complete their education, grow up healthy, and achieve their dreams.
