Cathleen

Cathleen is a bright and creative 6-year-old girl living in Bulacan, Philippines. She is in preschool, where math and art classes are her favorites. Cathleen loves drawing colorful pictures, dancing, playing traditional games, and helping around the house with cleaning. Inspired to guide future generations, she dreams of becoming a teacher when she grows up so she can help children learn.

She lives with her parents and sibling in a small home made of stone and ceramic with a metal sheet roof. Her father works as a factory worker, while her mother takes on extra work as a laundry helper to support the household. Despite both parents working hard, their modest earnings make it difficult to cover daily living necessities and upcoming educational expenses for their two children.

Sponsorship enables children to attend class every day and have the supplies they need to complete their education, grow up healthy, and achieve their dreams.
