Annabel

Annabel is a vibrant and incredibly creative 6-year-old girl living in Konta, Ghana. She is an enthusiastic student who loves her literature class, and her absolute favorite thing in the world is music. In her free time, Annabel loves singing, dancing, and she can even create interesting songs all on her own! With her caring and bright spirit, she holds a big dream of becoming a doctor when she grows up.

She lives with her mother, and the two currently share a single room inside a brick home with a metal sheet roof in Wa. Sharing a single, confined room brings many daily challenges for a small family, and it is a constant financial struggle for her mother to manage their living expenses while trying to provide for Annabel’s growing educational needs.
