Amani

This sweet little boy is five years old and lives in Luhombero, Tanzania. Just in kindergarten, Amani loves math class and is already working hard because he aspires to be a community leader when he finishes school. When Amani is not in class, he likes playing with his friends.

Amani’s home was destroyed in 2023 during an intense flooding event. Amani and his parents were forced to move into his grandparents’ home. His parents work tirelessly as farmers but crop production has been down for several years, making it difficult for them to provide Amani with everything he needs, including proper nutrition and school fees. Being part of the sponsorship program would greatly help to ease the family’s financial stress and ensure little Amani is able to continue his studies with everything she needs to be successful.

Sponsorship enables children to attend class every day and have the supplies they need to complete their education, grow up healthy, and achieve their dreams.
