Winifrid

Winifrid is an 84-year-old man from Mshangano, Tanzania. He enjoys playing the traditional guitar and sharing stories about ancient times, preserving memories and wisdom from the past. He believes deeply in living in harmony with others and values peace within his community.

Winifrid lives in a brick house with a sheet-metal roof. In his old age, he faces significant challenges, particularly with his health and access to adequate food. Support would help ease his daily struggles and provide much-needed care and nourishment in this stage of his life. Sponsorship enables elders to eat well, access healthcare and medication, and connect socially with a community that fosters a sense of belonging.
