Rovelyn

Rovelyn is a caring and generous 11-year-old girl from Navotas, Philippines. She is currently in grade four and religion classes are her fabourite. When she is not busy with school work, Rovelyn enjoys drawing. Rovelyn lives in a small, one-room plywood house with her parents and three sisters. Her father works hard; however, his income does not cover all of the family’s needs – including educational needs. Rovelyn loves school, and dreams of becoming a teacher when she grows up. She recently received an award for being the most helpful student in her class. While she comes from a humble home, she always shares what she has with those who need it. Sponsorship enables children to attend class every day and have the supplies they need to complete their education, grow up healthy, and achieve their dreams.
